Total trash of a service manager and department. Sent our Outback in for the 30k service. Got it back with the coolant tank empty. Washer fluid cap open and tank empty. Asked for pictures of the differentials magnet... Nope. Had a problem with the eyesight going on and off mostly off. They couldn't figure it out. Took it to a real Subaru dealership and they identified the problem with the eyesight, provided a loaner vehicle and back fixed in 2 days. Do not take your Subaru to Yark service. Traveling home from Colorado to Pennsylvania, we experienced a low tire pressure notification. While adding air to the tire, my husband noticed and heard a slow leak. Called Yark Subaru and was told to come in. Trevor took care of getting the tire repair set up,took us to the lounge, and had our car washed. Thank you so much Trevor and everyone at Yark for the smooth process!
After doing some research we decided to go with Subaru, and we picked the Crosstrek. We started the process on line with pricing and model options. Our sales agent was Mia Knicely, she was on top of everything. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had, from first communication to pulling off the lot in our new Subaru Crosstrek. The entire staff; sales, finance, service were exceptional. Thank you Mia for all your assistance and help with our purchase.
Dropped my car off for service after popping a tire. Not only was the staff very communicative about the process and status of my car, but it took less than 2 hours between leaving the dealership and receiving the notification that my car was ready. No complaints.
