I bought a 2022 Mazda cx5 from this dealer on may 14th. Gary was my salesmen. I paid for the highest warranty they sell, and I paid for the entire car and warranty before leaving there dealer. I didn’t finance any of the car. I was told I would get my title in the mail within 30 days. I now have a few days left on the temp tag and still no title. I purchased this vehicle used in the end of April. Two weeks later, after purchasing, I noticed white/gray smoke coming from the exhaust and a burning oil smell. I reached out to Grant (@Yark used cars) to let him know, and he advised me to contact Mazda’s service department for an inspection. I did so on May 8th when Tyler reached out to me. The service department inspected the car and informed me that they had forgotten to install the air filter during the previous service. They also stated that they had not detected any o... read more
