Don’t buy from yark. Talk to other dealers in northern Ohio. They are overpriced and do not do any reconditioning or service to there used vehicles making them a less appealing buy. They’re hard to get a hold of and will even make you run a credit application before they show you the final numbers. This is unnecessary and dings your credit before buying I don’t recommend any Yark Dealer. They do not negotiate pricing without extreme difficulty either.
I purchased my "new" 2012 Ford Focus hatchback from Josh at Yark Mazda a week ago yesterday. I lovelovelove her! I don't have the best credit, but I've been trying to improve it. Called 9/13 for a vehicle recall on my 2011 Mazda 3 hatchback lift gate. Was told the part would be there by next week. Showed a week later, they took my car back then 20 min later said we don’t have the part. This dealership is 40 min away from me with traffic. So completely wasted 1hr 40min of my time with no compassion or compensation for gas cost. No call back either that the part has arrived and it’s now October.
