I brought my 2023 Mazda CX-30 to Yark Mazda because my air conditioning suddenly stopped working. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty when I bought the vehicle, so I expected the repair process to be straightforward. At the end of April, I visited Yark Mazda for help with my lease buyout. Unfortunately, my experience will result in me giving my business to literally any other Mazda dealership when it’s time to trade this one in. The first part of my experience was pleasant; I worked with Nick, and he was very nice and helpful. I went to Yark Mazda and got a vehicle. My salesman name was Nick and he gave excellent customer service. He was very patient and caring and explained everything about the car. He loaded information on my phone and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I would recommend Nick to anyone who goes to Yark Mazda for a vehicle . He is a excellent salesman!
Kevin was very rude, asking quite insulting questions attempting to paint me as stupid and argue over the price. Not helpful in showing the car or explaining details. I don’t disrespect others and I expect them to do the same. Shame we couldn’t agree on a deal. But with significant body damage the price was not justified. And he likewise refused to apologize.
