Went to yark service to get a recall fixed on my explorer & they exceeded my expectations! Bill Z in service was fast & friendly. He accommodated my appointment needs very easily. I was able to drop off around 9am & come back after my errands to pick up. While waiting for my ride after drop off my sister was involved in a car accident just up the road & Bill B. from a different department was able to take me down to the accident. Had “The Works” service done today with pick up and drop off service. Excellent experience! Only issue I had is I had a very difficult time in attempting to reach the dept. No one ever answered my call. Pick up and drop off service was excellent and so easy! Great price with the coupon! Will definitely be using them for further services.
I took my Truck there to get a oil change and Cody in the service department was very professional he was able to answer my questions quote the price correctly and the oil change did not take long at all . I will definitely continue to get my truck serviced at Yark Ford in Toledo. Very pleased with the service I got.
I get to write this again. That's awesome. Ford sucks. I don't like Ford. Recall after recall, and there's never a part available. I can't stand dealership service stations in general. They are overpriced, and they can't be bothered to give me a full diagnostic report. Go to AAA. Ford doesn't know your vehicle better than AAA. That's just a lie.
