A roof leak is never a good experience. Finding the leak on Friday at 4:30 p.m. when everyone is closed makes it worse. Manuel (Yaris Construction) went out of his way to give us an estimate on Saturday then repairs started on Monday. Price was SUPER reasonable. His guys fixed the drywall too. You can't even tell it happened. Impressive.
Yaris Constructions Owner Manuel came by to give me a quote for my roof and said “hail damage” and explained what was going to be needed. Came off a nice guy, I accepted his quote. When they came to do the work (showed up randomly without scheduling a day or time), the work on my outside roof seems to be successful as it sprinkled once and it has not leaked. We used Yaris to repair our roof and were pleased with the work they did. We had leaking coming from the rough-in for a swamp cooler that we never installed. They placed shingles over the entire area which has worked to solve the problem. We are very pleased as we were still in monsoon season and have not had any leaking since the work was completed (in one day). As soon as I left my information on homeadvisor.com, Perez reached out to me and asked to contact him directly bypassing the third party website. He arrived at the property the same day. Without even going on the roof (he did receive my inspection report), he was very pushy on how it needs a new roof because of hail damage. Super pushy. Borderline rude. He wouldn't answer any question I asked. All he would say was that I need to replace the roof. He even gave a quote for 14K without even getting on the roof. After I managed ... read more
We have used this roofer twice. Both times we received a quote very quickly and it was very reasonable. Both times the workers were very prompt and did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing roof work.
