We have worked on a number a projects with the Yares team over the past few years. Their team was knowledgeable and respectful. We really appreciated the skills and ideas they brought to the projects. We have been able to confidently take on remodels and additions with the Yares team.
A big thank you to Yares Renovation Services for the carefully planned and expertly installed new deck with its’ standing seam metal roof. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship, the customer focused planning and expert installation. I have used Yares Renovation Services on several occasions at my home. Most recently they replaced my roof and gutters after a hail storm. They helped me navigate the insurance claim process making it seamless and stress free! My new roof and gutters were installed quickly by a very thorough and professional team! They also helped to repair the ceilings in my living and dining room after water damage. They do their work with great care which is why I would choose to use them again should the need arise.

Tony and his team have provided excellent renovation services at our home over the past few years including flat concrete work, window replacement, flat roof replacement, carpentry and tuck pointing work. Great communication, great value and extremely experienced and professional. We feel very lucky to have had Tony work with us.
