Amazing attention to detail. They captured our vision wonderfully in their design. We have worked with local in-person design firms and the experience and design produced by Yardzen was far superior.
I am updating my review to a 3 star because yardzen has been responsive to my challenges and did issue a refund. I believe them when they say that they really care and want the customers experience to be a great one... and that they have made changes in response to these problems so that others will not encounter this going forward. Working virtually with Yardzen has been a great experience. Our project manager, Hank, has been involved every step of the way. The 3D design is amazing. They turned our simple ideas into an amazing design. I would highly recommend Yardzen to anyone looking for landscaping design and project management.
It is always frustrating when you cannot give "Zero" Stars. Yardzen has been a total disaster and I am getting more convinced that it is actually a scam. We paid for a premium package >$2,000 and we are 120+ days into the purchase and we still do not have a design. Although they "delivered" designs, they were wrong at nearly every step. They have now been promising a revision since August and we still have nothing. I continue to reach out but get the same "working on it, you will have it next week." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We felt we were taking a leap trying yardzen but so far they have made our landscape design process very exciting and enjoyable. Like it should be?? The website is user friendly, they are prompt with replies, and attentive to our design wants/requests.
