The designs are really cute, but the contractor they set me up with was a nightmare. The project will never be finished as designed. I am beyond disappointed.

I had high hopes for Yardzen but unfortunately found the experience deeply disappointing. Despite spending time filling out detailed surveys, submitting clear guidelines, and providing design inspiration photos, the final result completely missed the mark. For instance, I requested a two-story deck with covered areas, stairs, and usable space underneath, but was given what looked more like a large, uninspired balcony—no stairs, no functional lower level, and very little creativity overall. Would not recommend at all. Paid for expedited service and it's been over 2 months and still haven't gotten the final product. I asked for a refund earlier on in the process, but customer service wasn't helpful. The first design was horrible and thought it was built by AI honestly. Wish I had never gone down this route...

Update: modifying original review and rating to reflect great customer service experience. After speaking with someone on their operations team, I’ve been provided a full refund; even though I didn’t request one. I should’ve included in my first review that throughout my process, I experienced a very high quality of customer service.
