After years of trying different gyms and trainers, finding this place was a game changer and I have been stuck since day one! The workouts are great, but what really stands out is the atmosphere, it truly feels like family. Nothing but support, encouragement, and good vibes every time you walk through the door 🏋🏾♀️
If you’re looking for a workout coach who will push you, motivate you, and keep you laughing, Yardy is the one! Every workout is challenging, but he makes it fun with his jokes and positive energy. It’s always nothing but laughs, motivation, and good vibes. After every workout, I grab one of his protein shakes, and they are amazing! My favorite is the Nutmeg shake, it never misses.
