I came here and it was GREAT! I had a fantastic workout! The workout was cardio based with weight training then a great 15 minute stretch coupled with a hard core workout and topped with a nice little run of about .5 miles or so. I will definitely be back. The coaches and trainers did a phenomenal job at ensuring that I was good and able to follow the workout plan. Great workout! PSA When you are done, make sure you order a tea or shake for a complete recovery from their shake shop! You won't regret it!

Everything about this gym, trainers and the energy to work out and lose weight is amazing. I have been going here for years and I’m entirely grateful for Yardy! He truly puts in the work to ensure his clients feel and look good by pouring into you. It’s not just working out but also encouraging you and teaching you the right necessary skills to define and work on your body! The changes are there and I’m proud to be a member of Yardyfit!!!
