Since the business changed to Yardworx, I have been unimpressed with the service dept. I used to get great services done on a range of products, but since the last ones I’ve had nothing but trouble. The last straw was a chainsaw which came back running worse than before, appallingly tuned and not even cleaned properly. I’m not coming back.
Aidan you are a gem! Found what was wrong with my mower and fixed it in two minutes. Greatly appreciated. Fantastic service! I will recommend you to everybody.
I have been going to these guys for years for my lawnmover servicing. I have a great little Milwaukee hand chainsaw I use all the time on my property. I went to get it out, to use again...and the bloody chain looked like it had seized. I googled/youtube everything. I eventually went in, and showed them. Initially, they thought the motor was done. The staff then pulled it apart, saw the chain was stiff, lubed it up, cleaned it up and WELLA...ALL WORKING AGAIN!!...I offered to pay them for their time and effort, but they refus... read more
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I can only speak for my service and parts experience however another customer in the region is lucky to have my well serviced Makita lawn mower. Yes that's right - my mower has been handed over to another customer. How does this happen you would ask.... It has taken 2 weeks to try and retrieve this without success....4 phone calls to the store have not seen any action so I am taking to the reviews to warn future customers that their service and systems are failing. Great service & knowlage. Have never let me down in the 3 years iv been using their services. Quick, easy to deal with and quality equipment & repairs. Highly recommend this bunch.
