You guys use to be a good company but wow you've gone down hill. Had my back flow scheduled to be inspected and tested on August 29th. The 29th showed up and you guys never showed up and never called letting us know you were not going to make it. You then came the next day, unscheduled and no phone call letting us know you were coming. I was gone to work and my wife was out running errands. This to me is a poor way to keep or gain customers. Prompt and timely service and even though their were a few hiccups, Kendal, got everything going and stuck to the original quote. Would reccommend.

We have been using YardTech for several years now. They are well priced and do excellent work. They always aim to please and do the job right. They are knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend them. Cathy the office manager is efficient and wonderful to work with. Kendall goes above and beyond.

Was able to schedule quickly and the guy who I scheduled with on the phone was kind and friendly. The guy who came and did the job wasn’t as friendly, but to my knowledge he got the job done just fine. Our sprinkler winterization and spring sprinkler turn on service cost over the years with every other company has ranged from $50-$65. So, I was surprised when I received the bill in my email for $105 for the 15-20 minutes of work to do our winterization.

Horrible service! Called made an appointment they never showed or called wth a reason they didn't show up. So I called them, said they would be out in about an hour but never did show up. Worthless company. Wouldn't give any stars but have to give at least one to post a review.
