My daughter moved here in September from Maryland, and I’m so glad she chose this community. It feels very safe, is always well maintained, has wonderful amenities, is very aesthetically pleasing, but most of all - the staff are amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Isaiah — recently, my daughter had an emergency and couldn’t make it home to her dog for over 18 hours. Moved here from LA and I thoroughly enjoy this apartment complex! I had a miscommunication with the leasing office on the day that I got here so I had to sleep in a hotel for the night. The next day when I went to talk to them, THEY WERE SO KIND! They took the money I spent at the hotel off my rent!! A kind landlord is UNHEARD OF. As long as you are a nice person, they will be nice and helpful back!!! The Yards at NoDa is a beautifully designed community that perfectly blends modern style with rustic charm. The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming, and I appreciate that the apartments offer more square footage than many other communities in the area. One of my Top picks so far.
Some people just don’t have anything better to do than leave this amazing community a bad review simply because they don’t want to follow the rules. I’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and I’ve never seen the pet spa look like that. If it was messy, it’s most likely because a resident didn’t clean up after washing their pet. The staff and maintenance team take great pride in keeping this community clean—residents need to do their part as well.
POOR MANAGEMENT – NOT DOG FRIENDLY – SAFETY CONCERNS – OVERPRICED – FALSE ADVERTISING I’ve lived at The Yards at NoDa since 2019 (5+ years). What was once a great, dog-friendly community has quickly declined under current management. Unless there are some major policy changes and price reductions, I won’t be renewing.
