Derrick came has always came through to fix my maintenance issue in a timely and professional manner! Living here is cool so far, been here for about 6 months now! Friendly people, and I like having a top floor unit. The train does come at awkward times, but it’s not the worse in the world! So far I like Yards at Noda.
Been living here with my partner since July 2024 and it’s been such a dream! The leasing office is so kind and professional - best place I’ve ever rented for sure. Maintenance requests are always resolved in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are in a great location in the heart of NoDa and walking distance to the light rail. The amenities are great and they always host cute resident events! Thanks NoDa team for making this place home :)

I’ve been living here for almost 5 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are great and the location is perfect. I love how it’s in the heart of Noda, yet it is quietly hidden away from the main street of N Davidson.
