Adam is fantastic. Whenever I put in a service request, he takes care of it quickly and gets it right the first time.
The Yards has been a great place to live for the last 3 years. The units themselves are a great value for the size and location, especially when compared to the newer complexes opening up. Staff is very friendly and helpful, both in office and the maintenance crew. I've never had an issue here that went unanswered. I have lived at the Yards at Noda for 3 years now and love it. It is very well-managed with a very friendly staff. They host monthly community events, the amenities are great and well-kept, and the location is unbeatable. There is normal wear and tear in the units, but that is to be expected in apartments. If there is ever an issue, maintenance requests are always resolved quickly.
Update: 7/28/25 UNITS CAN ONLY COOL TO 20 DEGREES LOWER THAN OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE. If you are heat sensitive take that in account. My unit can only cool down to 77 during hot days and well into the night. Unfortunately, I had a host of problems living here. For about 2 months I had the worst quality sleep of my life. I didn’t even unpack my boxes. The footsteps at all hours of the night never allowed me to unwind in unit 1B-106. It is 100% a structural issue and a sign of flooring needing to be replaced. I’ve been living here for over a year, and it’s been a great experience so far. I just had a maintenance request completed by Adam, and he was great. Very efficient, and professional. Overall a great community!
