The most UN-Professional People I have ever seen or met in my LIFE..! They said their BOSS tells them to use LEAF BLOWERS in Apartments to clean leafs out of mulch.! Then “Jose” so he says his name was, said I shouldn’t have had my window opened and smiled in my face after showing him he blew MULCH throughout the WHOLE APARTMENT..! While the rest of his guys are using RAKE’s to directly remove the leaves like they should! No wonder yall have a 2* STAR!! I want an explanation ASAP!! And my PS5 Cleaned or replaced!
As a property manager I have had a great experience with Yardmaster. On different occasions I have spoken with two of the employee's. 1st Employee was Kyle (didn't provide last name) was very efficient and professional. 2nd run in with an employee was Tyler, very professional and was able to answer all my questions.
