I cannot say enough good things about Yardman; our 5 year old conventional septic system needed to be pumped. From first phone call to end of service, personnel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Thank you for a job well done, we will be calling you again for regular maintenance of our system.
Yardman is an outstanding contractor in this area. It’s incredibly difficult to find honest and reliable service in this area. I chose Yardman because they’re a local family-owned company with excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. The owner arrived early, a friendly local New Mexican who bought the business from his father-in-law and has his son training to take over. One star is generous based on my experience. After waiting three weeks for a relatively urgent septic pumping, they simply never showed up the day of my appointment. I later found out it was because they decided to go hunting that day - I realize this reads as a joke. It isn’t. No call, no text, no reschedule. Judging by the other glowing reviews from locals, maybe this passes for “5 stars” in New Mexico. Anywhere else, a company run like this would’ve likely been out of business years ago. Used Yardman for a septic tank pump recently. Very reasonably price, showed up when they said, easy to communicate with the company, did the job well. Fernando is the owner and he will be the one showing up to actually do the work. Very nice guy, put up with my to many needless questions, knew a lot, has a lot of experience. If I need more pumping would definitely use them again.
