My boyfriend and I toured Yardly Paradisi with April and she was absolutely incredible! Super knowledgeable and friendly, she even took us on a second tour to show a different family member. The entire complex is really clean and you can tell people actually enjoy living there. It's in a very nice area and the landscape looks to be quite well maintained, the amenities are top notch as well!
I had the pleasure of touring the community with Iris. She is truly a gem. She was knowledgeable about the property and provided superb customer service. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She was one of the selling points for me. I'm sure she will be a delight to interact with if I have any needs with my unit. I applied at Yardly Paradisi however did not ending up getting the unit. I was told that the admin fee of $250 would be refunded however they could not guarantee how I would receive my refund. They took my payment electronically so there should be a way for them to refund me electronically, right? Wrong. They're in the 1800s. I even called corporate at 602-522-1200 spoke to a very rude lady who said it wasn't her problem or her department and the only way to communicate was via email.
