Both the office and maintenance staff are super friendly and responsive to all requests. Grateful to live in a community with such a dedicated and hard-working team.
The maintenance crew which is led by Spencer at CTC Paradisi in Surprise, AZ is excellent. The turn-around between request and completion of the job is fantastic. When Spencer arrived, the job was quickly and efficiently completed in the same day of the request. Spencer was professional and courteous, and answered all the questions asked. As soon as we walked into the leasing office of Yardly Paradisi we felt extremely welcomed by April. She answered all questions that we had and was very thorough with the apartments. When we came back to sign our lease Layla made it easy and also had answers to everything we asked. Our experience with both of them has made our moving to Yardly paradisi a great choice!
We lived here for a year and recently moved out, we had such an amazing experience! The staff were amazing from the front office to the maintenance staff! They have monthly calendars with fun events that go on! Such a great place to live!
