I have attended multiple classes at spire fitness and this place is amazing! The instructors are attentive and provide modifications as needed (which I need). Highly recommend stopping by this small yet personal gym.

Spire Fitness is fantastic! The instructors are so positive and energetic and keep everyone engaged with creative (and fun) workouts. It's a great setting with great people!
I have been going to Spire Fitness for the past few months as I wanted to begin strength training for the first time ever at age 42. Colleen has been an incredible trainer - simultaneously meeting me where I'm at but also challenging me to try new things.
