But the lady (Mandi) that did my service did not speak any English. which made me experience not very enjoyable. she didn't Ask about her pressure. when I asked her to be softer she said yes but continued with the same pressure. I asked for a dry robe to go downstairs to blow dry my hair. she said yes. but never got a one. she was blow dryed my hair. but it was still wet. she left.
