Yardbirds came to my house and we talked about the work needed. They came consistently the first month, as promised. However, starting the 2nd month, they didn't come for 5 weeks. When they did show up, they were here 10 minutes and cut 2 strips of lawn in the back yard and left. They claim they didn't come because of rain. I have had them for 5year on a continuous property maintenance contract. They have exceeded my expectations. They do everything. They started with one lawn mower now have 8. Great value
They said they would be back in a week to spray for weeds, etc. and have ssome places they missed. Never came and then refused my calls, and blocked me from their facebook page!! He came across as a very caring guy and turned out to be someone you can't trust. Do not hire them....
