Initial communication and installment went well over the winter months. Was assured that what looked like dead plants that time of year (January 2026) would revive in the spring. And if not they would replace. Half of them made it and look great, the other half didn't. Have made numerous calls, and texts to have them follow up. Original # not in service. My salesman will not respond. Would not recommend their establishment.
Yardworks installed our irrigation system some years ago and serviced it a few times. This year we have calked 3 times for help and were told each time someone would call us back. However, no one ever did. We gave up and called another service who responded immediately. Very disappointed in Yardworks.
Unprofessional drivers, almost got side swiped by one today. Driver cut across 2 lanes of traffic because he didn’t wanna wait in line, almost rear ended the box truck in front of me and dude was mad about it. Didn’t even use a blinker at all. Forced his way in behind me just to ride really close and honked for a solid minute or so. Maybe this company could give some of their drivers a driving course?
Yardwork's on IOP is a staple to the community. You see their trucks everywhere, which is a sure sign of beautiful yards. I have used their services for years and can only sing their praises. Quick, on time, efficient and top notch! And I must add that our new account rep, Alex, is a real enhancement to the company's commitment to customer service!
They went above and beyond with their proposal. The plantings are beautiful and the work was great.
