I bought a supposedly "rebuilt" Chicago Pneumatic air scribe from the site. Upon receipt it is completely non-functional and just makes a pathetic buzzing but makes no power and is incapable of marking anything. I have a brand new unit to compare to and it has tons of power. I tried to return the fake rebuilt unit and they wanted me to pay return shipping despite the fact that it is clearly not rebuilt as advertised. This is their response.
