The job required the removal of brocken rock and clay and compacted soil and returfing. From the initial inspection and written quote until the completion of the job Yardspace Innovations provided a professional, efficient service. The quote was fair and comprehensive, the work was done carefully and we were kept informed each day of progress. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Was over an hour late for a quote with no call, had to text them twice. Once arrived had a very quick look at the area for landscaping a garden and said " we were not the right fit" sent in details of what plants would like and no response to email as yet. Still waiting. Obviously doesn't need the business or future clients. Not happy. Through the whole discussion was very arrogant apparently we were beneath him.
The hedging was a huge job and the team completed it quickly and left my yard really neat and tidy. The team even removed dead plants that weren’t part of the job. Further, communication was amazing. Job was delayed because of bad weather and I received a notification super early. Amazing team.
Our experience with Yard Space was very positive. From the quoting (they actually came to our house) to follow up two days before the work to the actual completion of the job just proved to us what a professional business Yard Space is. Add to that the fact that both Aaron and his brother Mali are both very personable and good blokes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has gardening or landscape work to be done.
