I ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts on June 12. A week later I noticed I hadn’t received any shipping info. I reXhed out via the ‘text us’ feature. I received a text asking for order number I relied with the number and got no response the rest of the day (was around lunch time). The next day only after I submitted another request did I receive any response. I was told that belts were on back order. Ordered a starter for mower. One was delivered and was the wrong one for engine it said it was for. Return denied because it was electrical....use caution when ordering from here.

Ordered a coil for a vanguard engine on June 29th. It was supposed to arrive by July 7th. When the part didn't arrive, I reach out to the company to find out it was back ordered and it was a nationwide shortage of this part. I asked if I should look to purchase this item somewhere else and was told that was fine but to make sure they had it in stock. I called a couple of local dealers and one of them were able to get in within the week. I waited till it arrived and call this company to tell them I have received on from a loc... read more
