The customer service was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us in making a decision on which product would be best suited for our needs and before we left the store, they made sure the product was running as it should be. They even registered our trimmer in store for us so that we didn’t have to and the trimmer came with a 5 year warranty. Overall, everything was perfect
Great experience buying a Cub Cadet here. Richard was knowledgeable and no-pressure, and handled the manufacturer registration for me. Came back later for a part and caught them right at closing — they were locking up and still took care of me instead of sending me back the next day. That says everything about how they treat customers. Highly recommend.
It is still to soon to tell on the product, but I did have to take it back due to screws not being tightened before picking up lawnmower
