We wanted to like the food so bad. Every staff member there was delivering top tier hospitality. The technique of cooking the food was done fantastic, clearly a talented chef cooking in back. But they must be dumbing down the flavor and seasoning for the area? It's not bad food by any means, but we were hoping the flavors would match the service and atmosphere.
My husband and I traveled to Northport a couple of weeks ago. Amazing service and conversation with employees, Ely and Brandon. The vibe is light and warm.The Detroit pizza was the best pizza I have enjoyed. Chef's recipe cookies were way beyond perfect and amazing. I'm typically not a fan of sweets. Do not leave without a couple.
GREAT food, Great Service, and a feel good vibe at Yard & Lake, always!!! We're used to ordering unique craft beer and fun non alcoholic drinks at the airstream in the front, which is always a good time. But this time we were lucky to grab dinner there with our friends and enjoy a medley of their appetizers, salads and entrees. We even made room for some delicious dessert. Our dear friends had their rehearsal dinner / welcome party here on Friday and the entire experience from start to finish was 11/10! The perfect place for an event!! From the food to the service and care given — cannot say enough good things! Ps. Their gluten free pizzas and other menu items are fantastic!!
