I was very pleased with the service, how they kept me updated on my order, and how quickly I received it. I hope the lights I ordered will also be as impressive. Won't know until it gets warm enough to put them up/to the test.
Do not buy from this company. These guys are terrible. Customer service is a joke. Placed an order for a lighted tree, website denied my credit card so i moved on to a different retailer and bought another tree. Next day my credit card is magically good again and the order is processing. I reach out to stop the order and as i am talking to their rep, boom it goes to shipped status and they cant help. So now i get stiffed for the restocking fee and the shipping back. Worst customer service ever.
Ordered several Christmas net lights and one set was not working properly......... No responses after a couple emails.... Customer service, where are you???
Ordered sundial and stand.... got notice order shipped with UPS tracking numbers. stand was delivered, sundial was not.... tracking with UPS says Yard Envy had not delivered that box to UPS. Customer service did not respond to email - online chat was not responsive - after phone call and long hold time got representative who had to call someone else and would get back to me. I purchase yard lights, items were well package and fast delivery. Lights are a great value.
I had great service purchasing a few strings of blue led lights to be used for inside decoration on a daily basis. After a couple of months, several bulbs started burning out. Not the long life they brag about. I called customer service and asked if I could replace the burnt lights or what my options were. I never got a reply, I tried to contact customer service at least 2 more times and I was ignored . I really had the impression that yard envy was a first class business, but customer service flushed them down real fast.... read more
