Yard Elves is a very professional operation and they did a fantastic job turning our old, neglected yard to a xeriscaped oasis in just a few weeks. Could not have had a better experience with Yard Elves! They were very easy to get in touch with and then to respond when having to leave a message. The wait time for service was very reasonable especially concerning the time of year we were in need of service. Valerie was very considerate of our needs and worked within our budget without pressure and made common sense recommendations that were very helpful. Yard Elves did an amazing job and got my project done just in the nick of time before the frost hit. We needed a lot of gravel work, backyard landscaping (dirt patch and hill that was a quite a mess!), sprinkler re-routing, and some sod done. They were super fast and communicated well along the way. They had great design ideas that were budget friendly and they were very reasonably priced compared to several other bids we got. We will be hiring them again!
When I contacted Yard Eves to discuss my desire to change my front yard, they were very responsive and came up with a great design. We have received many compliments on our front yard from neighbors.
Yard Elves sent Tony to work on my sprinkler system. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about irrigation systems. After troubleshooting, he was able to locate the problem and take care of it efficiently. Tony was more concerned for keeping the repairs economical for my sake, and less concerned about the bottom line for the business.
