Signed up and prepaid for the services in advance for the the year 2025. One of the agent during the signup asked me if I want to HOLD a place for some service called slit seeding as it is a popular service. During the send of the season they send me another invoice of $231.52 for the slit seeding service. I have not authorized them to perform the service and when I reached out to them they have not provided me any proof of authorization and now sending me warnings about sending my overdue to collections. They overcharge the clients without their approval. We agreed on a package deal for 3 visits for the season but then their team showed up without informing us at our house after the 3 visits were over and they charged my card for $331 without any agreement. when called to inquire i was told to be called back with a solution but as anticipated no one from their company called back to resolve. Never give your credit to them to be stored on their file. I am down $331 for work that i did not ask for
Aaron did a great job of providing liquid aeration to my lawn. I like the communication that this company provides. They are very conscientious with ting, information and care instructions.
Fast, effective care and weed control for my lawn and all my rock beds! Yay!
