After 3 years of service maintaining my mother in laws house. Received a letter over the weekend stating services are cancelled. Here's the thing, they pride themselves on customer service which is false. With no notice, communication. The company mowed the yard 2 weeks ago. This review is more for the lack of communication. Leaving an elderly lady high and dry. Didn't even have the courtesy to contact and let her know

Superior service!! Prompt couteous excellent!! Lawn still looks amazing 1 week post mowing!! Will definitely use this company again and refer them to others!!
Terrible service. Has never been reliable. I have asked for a while that my mother find a better provider. The yard is always terribly cut. Uneven everywhere. He shows up when he wants so it makes it difficult to pick up dog around his varying times. I have been complaining for a long time and am happy we are getting better service from better provider.
