I am sharing my dealing with this company not to ruin them. This is only to advise people of how the service is. The business model is admirable. If only the results matched. New year, new issues. They will kill your grass and blame it on you. When you leave tulip stems The grass in front of their lawn mowers they will cut down your plants in other gardens. If only they could've removed the weeds instead of my hosta. I guarantee if you employ these people you will not have green grass or the plants that you decide to plant. ... read more
Had to review up last week. Although I didn't leave my address, somebody managed to find out who I was. An employee came right to my door. We had a rather uncomfortable talk about how they don't do the services that I had thought they were responsible for. Now this week I find this. We had lawn spraying come in to fix the weeds and they mowed the signs.
Looking for a company that does just the bare minimum? How about a company that will break your stuff and then hide it? My previous review was at five stars. Since then, The service has steadily gone downhill. Now it's at the point where I can put a pile of weeds down and they won't even mow over top of them. If you want a business that sticks directly to the contract and never goes a step above, get these guys.
