My landlord hired this company to take care of the grass. They come and barely cut the grass and then they pull up PERFECTLY HEALTHY PLANTS. This is the third year in a row that they’ve done this. We clearly had sunflowers and other flowers growing they decided to pull them up, unauthorized, as if they were just dead weeds. They’ve done this to my garden and my neighbors several times. My neighbor clearly told them DO NOT PULL ANYTHING GREEN and they do it anyways!

I couldn’t be happier with the Yard Barbers! Their customer service is exceptional, especially Nancy, who was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

From what I have seen, these guys probably do good work but they don't have common courtesy for others. They've woke me up early on a Saturday morning by being outside my window trimming the neighbor's hedges and have done the same work in the evening when I'm trying to relax after a hard day at work. It's indecent and disgusting behavior that I have not seen from other companies and I wouldn't hire them because they aren't good people to behave that way.

From what I have seen, these guys probably do good work but they don't have common courtesy for others. They've woke me up early on a Saturday morning by being outside my window trimming the neighbor's hedges and have done the same work in the evening when I'm trying to relax after a hard day at work. It's indecent and disgusting behavior that I have not seen from other companies and I wouldn't hire them because they aren't good people to behave that way.
