We bought a condo and the electrical panel needed replacing. From start to finish, Yarbrough Electric was a joy to work with. From the office staff keeping me updated to the two professionals Josh and Vlad who worked diligently to change the box ( all day in a house with the air turned off!), the job was completed on time, they explained everything they were doing and left me knowing my electric was now safe. I called them on a Tuesday and they were out on a Wednesday am at 8:00. Great response time. Daniel and Alex were awesome in helping me figure out why my landscape lighting was not working. They went the extra mile to explain to me and most importantly fixed the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Guys were great and what is more important is my peace of mind having my landscape lighting on at night. THANK YOU!!!! and as a bonus installed my new garage ring camera that was out.
Update: While the owner praises not changing her prices, her staff was not here for 3 hours based on the hourly rate she claims. The staff was here maybe an hour and half, which would put my bill at around $210, not $400. On top of all of that, the diagnosis of the issue was completely wrong and despite my efforts to settle with the owner, she has not responded to my emails. They were great to deal with. Awesome communication
Staff was nice. Bill is insanely ridiculous for what was done. One guy worked, another stood around looking confused the whole time. Tripped my breaker several times by not connecting ground wires. Maybe here an hour. Billed me like they were the best lawyers in Tampa Bay defending a murder suspect.
