Sessions are professional and constructive. 2 stars for that. Don’t ask anyone at the front desk to navigate any problems though. A call was made to navigate new schedules and relaying information to whoever was spoken to was like pulling teeth. Glad I didn’t ask the questions in person or maybe the woman woulda knocked mine out. If you’re having a good day, delay your phone call to this place. If you need feel like a burden, however - this woman’s got that on lock.

This is the most impassioned review I will ever write and I mean this with all sincerity: I am beyond grateful for Dr. Yarborough and the help he gave my father and I cannot recommend him enough. My father was the best version of himself in the final months of his life, able to release some of the inner turmoil he had buried so deeply for so long. There was an issue with insurance on my daughters account that resulted in money being owed. I never received any information by mail on this, only a phone call while I was at work and unable to settle the difference so it ended up being forgotten. Rather than reaching out again they sent the debt to collections. Dealing with the office staff was always a nightmare as well. I gave up on trying to schedule appointments because they always made me feel like an absolute nuisance for requesting one.

I contacted the website regarding borderline personality disorder and whether I should seek a professional diagnosis for PTSD. They contacted me the next day saying that their PTSD specialist was not taking new clients, but they offered me ways to find someone who could treat my issues. While the services I required wasn't being offered, they were timely and helpful in pointing me in the right direction and offered to see me for my BPD in the future. Overall, it was a positive experience.
