I had the absolute worst experience with this rental car business. The process is fair, and their screening is also incredibly fair considering it’s predominately cash but the owner Alex - was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. He was intimidating and harassed and over stressed a vehicle being turned while following me around San Diego. If you are absolutely desperate - these guys will do, but if you can go ANYWHERE else please do yourself a favor. Yaran is a really cool dude! Upfront and legit! He has always helped me out and never failed to come through! Excellent customer service, even hooked me with his personal ride for a road trip! 100% legit, two thumbs up!
