This place is a real gem. If you want to do real yoga, go there. Alice and Carlos are amazing teachers. Carlos is an awesome and highly-skilled massage therapist; he's taking massage therapy to a higher level. Search no more if you're looking for excellent massage therapy and yoga!
Carlos has been my masseuse for almost 2 years now. I have been getting massages for 30 years and he has been the best hands down. I was supposed to have a shoulder replacement however, the care Carlos has been giving me, my shoulder does not hurt. He is very knowledgeable. He and his wife Alyse are so kind. You won’t be disappointed.

I received the best massage of my life today! Carlos is really the best. He has a gift and is so attentive. He has picked up on things I didn’t even mention to him. He uses just the right amount of pressure without it being painful, firm yet VERY relaxing. This is my 2nd massage with Carlos, I went with the hot stone massage this time and it was amazing. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. I can’t recommend Carlos enough.
Amazing! The understanding of the muscle struture for the deep tissue is above par. I have had the pleasure two years in a row, at the Floyd Yoga Jam. Wow!
