I was in the middle of moving interstate and Yaps was great for looking after my cat Birdie. It was about a month and a half, in that time I got email updates and photos of how she was going which was wonderful. I also arranged for her to be picked up by a company to fly her to our next location and it was smooth with Birdie being unphased after the whole upheaval. Caring, dedicated staff in a spacious, meticulously clean environment. My Daisy was loved and came home happy and healthy from her months stay here. Highly recommend.
Great staff and look after cats so well
Wonderful place to leave our two senior cats during our three-week holiday. I was initially concerned, as one of my cats is nearly 19 years old and the other is 16, but both seemed to thoroughly enjoy their stay. They returned in great spirits, very well fed, and beautifully groomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the level of care was excellent. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our senior cats!
