Too much emphasis on low fat, yet the toppings are all candy. The idea that fat is bad is one of the problems with the American diet. Fat is GOOD, especially for desert. Please keep the whole milk options coming.
When this place first opened it was very nice, the ambiance was refreshing and it seemed clean; however I visited today and the place is very worn down. The furniture has been very poorly maintained and it looks very dirty. In addition, there needs to be an age requirement for children to serve themselves. There were kids no older than 3 years of age serving themselves. Of all the froyo places I've been to I've enjoyed Yapple the most! Between the ambiance, topping selection, and great service y'all can't be beat! My only suggestion to set y'all even further apart from the competition is to add more non dairy flavors more like your other flavors and less like sherbet to attact more of the Vegan or lactose free community. No one else is doing that (at least not in Richmond, VA) so you would be on the forefront!
