Dr. Palomo isn’t the best. Every appointment takes 2-2/12 hours to be seen even if you’re the first appointment. Never got a good quality of care and she fired me as a patient while I was admitted to the hospital because I couldn’t come see her WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL.
Dr. Palomo is an amazing doctor! She is the most thorough and caring doctor I have found in awhile. She really listens and knows everything that’s going on before she enters the room. She’s extremely helpful and makes sure you feel listened too. That being said if you don’t have an hour or more to wait past your appointment to get roomed plus another half hour before she comes in then I’d go elsewhere. I come monthly if not more and every appointment takes 2-2 1/2 hours.
Amazing doctor I recommend to anyone for a pcp
I called to make an appointment. They asked what insurance. When I told her all I had was Medicare and Humana Gold, she said the doctor was not accepting any new patients with Medicare. As you can see by her ad on Google she says that she does.This is false advertising in my book.
