Technician overcharged for parts, broke my fridge, was told that a refund would be given, number unreachable. Unsure if the reviews are real.
THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! This company does not do the service they just forward you to an entirely different company and charge you forwarding fees so they can take a cut. Definitely avoid them at all cost this is so sketchy.
Great people, very helpful, and very kind and personable in dealing with us.. Very knowledgeable about gas dryers and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within about 15 min.. We recommend them highly!

My experience was horrible. Alex and the representative that he sent were very rude and unprofessional. My freezer is still broken and I did not get my money back for this terrible service. Then when I called the “repairman”, I was called a liar. This is a horrible company with disrespectful workers. I do not recommend going to them for any service. I also reported them to the BBB.
