There are so manny nice places in this mall also food fair service very good parking at times can be very dificuld to find one and if you try to cheat you will get an instant parking tickeck so be careful. The food fair was very expensive but i guess that is the way things are. On and all a wonderful place to shop.

On Dec 8, 2021, I received a parking notice at Yaohan Centre (No. 3 Road) accusing me of leaving the property. I have admitted my wrongdoing. I apologized and asked them to forgive me because 1. I don’t live in Richmond 2. This is my first ticket with Impark 3. I did not see the sign 4. I wrongfully thought that President Mall and Yaohan Centre are under the same management like Richmond Centre. 5.
