This office is extremely unprofessional. I have heart issues and was referred, for 2 weeks i have been phoning and talking to an answering machine. They only make calls at 7am which is not normal business hours by the way, this place is operating like its still 1980. Not sure about the Dr., never made it that far. They are too important to run their business properly, I am getting referred elsewhere.
I was actually hesitant at first because of some of the negative reviews I had read here. I was also a bit nervous about seeing Dr. Yao because during our first phone conversation, he told me to Google ablation. At the time, I worried that he might not take the time to explain things and assumed he might be dismissive. However, my experience was completely different. 1st appointment with Dr Yao, he was amazing to deal with. Put my mind at ease, explained things clearly and set up a few more tests in a few weeks......not months away. Definitely a 5sm star experience!
