I was looking for a salon. Came to Yanys to schedule an appointment and was told I can only schedule one via Instagram! I don't have Instagram. Very rude nail tech advised me that I can call then to make an appointment. Well, excuse me, I am standing right here right now. Can I schedule one? She rolled her yes and was visibly irritated, and said that it has to be either over the phone or on Instagram, because I have to make a deposit! Lolol. So, I can't make a deposit in person?! The best nail salon in town! Michelle is the sweetest and does a wonderful job on my nails.
DO NOT COME HERE!! One of the ladies who worked here was talking crap about me in Spanish as if I didn’t understand her. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service
