I had a great experience at this lash salon. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I was enjoying my couple's massage,it's one thing to end early but when I gave my tip which was $10, the lady had the nerve to say minimum of $20 each! How bizarre..People need to remember tip is an optional courtesy. But to beg for $20 each is beyond unprofessional....

The massage was decent. Everything went well until it was time to pay. I paid my tab. Then I started to add a tip that I felt was reasonable and the lady stopped me and demanded that I put 20 dollars or more for the tip. She stated how she depends on tips because that’s the only way she can make money.

Im rating it very low due to the fact that the person doing the massage had to stop 3 times to pick up the phone and there was too much chatter, I couldn't relax and the whole idea of getting a massage is to feel relax without the noise and interruption.

My massage was 80 minutes and it was all good until it was time to pay. They have a minimum $20 tip policy that isn’t even fair. I gave them $100 and they didn’t give me back the change or even allowed me to tip them separately. I felt ambushed about giving a tip and it was really uncalled for. They were really nice until it got to the money. They also took advantage of the fact that my English isn’t very good to blindside me. Would not recommend. If you want more money just raise the price !!
