Absolutely horrible experience! My parents, who are in their 80s and have serious health issues, were assigned this company through AHS almost 2 weeks ago and still have no AC! During phone calls, they are rude and dismissive. I have sent texts that have been ignored. Then today when we call to check on the status, they tell us they are canceling the service request because they have too many to deal with and don’t have time for us. Thank you Yantra Air, LLC for caring. Our Air Conditioner broke down during the heat wave we are expeiencing. Our overall experience with Yantra Air was very positive from when we placed the call to the end. I explained to them I had asthma, and they immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and as a result was able to prioritize accordingly to get us a new Air Conditioner within our budget range. Thank you for a job well done. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.
Yantra was assigned through AHS-I called this morning and Tony confirmed an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Tony did a great job replacing my fan motor and even cleaning the outside unit without any extra charge. Gave me a great advice on how to do maintenance on my AC.
Yantra Air and Tony came to us from American Home Shield. He was very prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem and Replaced the capacitor in a few minutes. Appreciated the prompt service.
