This place is the epitomy of backwoods country business standards. When you call them, it goes to their house not the business and the person who picks up only says "hello". You then realize how unprofessional this place is. You ask a question only to realize that the person you are speaking with is not associated with the business so they go get the person who conducts repairs and ask them your question only to relay what the tech said back to you.
