Wonderful service
Where do I start? Contacted by family member that I was a trustee. Left 2-3 messages and finally received a call back 3 weeks later stating papers would be sent out. Called weekly to notify no papers received. 2 months later I finally express this service is ridiculous it’s been 2 months still have not spoken to Mr. Yano and no papers. Another month go by I call again. My father passed away in June. Funeral was held in July. I was notified beginning of August.
