I saw his staph 5 days ago(Wednesday)and he said I needed a blood clot filter before my upcoming shoulder surgery without any tests being done and was scheduled for the following week on Thursday. A scan was performed the day after my visit and came back clear. Today (Monday) I received a call late afternoon saying Dr.Yannetta was no longer with Kettering Health Network and my surgery for the filter was canceled. Dr Yanetta is an amazing vascular surgeon. His attention to his patients, ability to think outside the box on complex problems, compassion and empathy towards his patients, far exceeds what I could ever hope for. He helped my father with his issues, then I relocated my step father from Florida specifically to see Dr Yanetta, as the Florida doctors said amputation of his leg was the only option.
