I came in last minute for Valentine’s Day and Maria took great care of me. I’m not easy because I’m extremely tender headed but she took care of me with kindness and experience. They gained a new loyal customer, thank you!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. We showed a clear reference photo, but the final result looked nothing like what was requested. I understand highlights take time, but after a 4-hour process, the result wasn’t even close to acceptable. There is no blend or proper gradient which was requested. Not to mention, we now have to go to another salon to fix her hair which will damage her hair more than this salon already did. What made this worse was the lack of customer service.
