Worst company in Yankton. Legitimately will steal from you. Edit... just saw the owner posted a response. Let me clarify his lying and false information. He also has properties for rent. Sent me pictures that made it look very welcoming and nice. My friend had his truck loaded with my stuff to move in (I hadn't seen it in person yet, only pictures) and upon entering the apartment it was absolutely disgusting and riddled with dog and cat urine stains and the smell to match. [CONSUMERS BE AWARE] If only I could give 0 stars, I would. Originally had services done early last year and on our HVAC system. We signed up for their "Meridian Member Club (HVAC)" as they gave us assurance that they would come out to regularly maintain our HVAC system every 6 months (twice a year, Summer and Winter). We originally prepaid for the Summer. When Summer came, they never came out. We called, but was told that they were busy and would come out the following week. However, they never showed up.
