[CONSUMERS BE AWARE] If only I could give 0 stars, I would. Originally had services done early last year and on our HVAC system. We signed up for their "Meridian Member Club (HVAC)" as they gave us assurance that they would come out to regularly maintain our HVAC system every 6 months (twice a year, Summer and Winter). We originally prepaid for the Summer. When Summer came, they never came out. We called, but was told that they were busy and would come out the following week. However, they never showed up.
