We recently decided to paint our rental house and friends recommended Yankee Services. We could not have been happier. From start to finish Frank was informative and willing to answer any questions we had. He also made suggestions like paint finishes and colors that we hadn’t even thought of as this is our first rental property. Paint job quality was poor. Lied about what quality paint he would use. (Said SW Captivate but used lowest grade SW paint) Stretched out paint for minimal coverage and you can see old paint color right through. Streaks/lines along wall. Heavy/thick cut-ins into thin roll job. (He told me: "That's what you get for 1 coat.") Missed several areas throughout house. Shook head, laughed, seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. Didn't use tarp over floors. I still have paint splatter on my hard woods. Scrapping with my nails is tedio... read more

Frank was the most professional contractor we have worked with. We recently sold our house and purchased a new one. The new house needed a facelift and Yankee services did just that. We had a big job for Frank to complete in a short time frame, and he worked around the clock to keep the deadline. The quality of his work and professionalism can not be matched. Yankee Services has painted my entire house and I cannot stress the great job they have done! They are professional and every room is meticulously painted.
