Yankee Restorations was referred to me to fix my main bathroom shower as there was a leakage on the shower floor and made the best decision to hire them. Rob was very meticulous on evaluating the problem and on determining the extend of the damage. He did a phenomenal job fixing the shower foor with great attention to detail. Rob was very responsible and responsive during the project. I highly recommend Yankee Restorations without reservations for your home projects.
I relocated here from a large house to a small house. It was missing something, a view and access to the wooded backyard. After a search for a local contractor I contacted Yankee Restorations and soon heard from Rob. Plans soon progressed from a simple screened porch with an exit to a windowed addition with a pellet stove to make it a four season room. Excellent job all around. Worked with architect to design room. Great communication with builder walked us through every step of the project. The carpenters who did the work were of the highest quality, hard working with a special eye for detail. So glad we went with this company.
It wasn't normal wear and tear it was after the first year and it showed that he clearly cut twice and then tried to fill in the cut on the railing with a shim and glue which fell apart after the first year. And there is absolutely no excuse for charging us for the large Windows when we got small windows and I lost 6 in on every window. The deck is already falling apart.
