We hired Yankee Restorations at first to repair an hole in our ceiling from a bathroom leak. The work expanded to carpentry work, paint and drywall in other rooms. Every single contractor was friendly, respectful and honest. And the craftsmanship was outstanding. I definitely recommend these folks for quality home construction needs.
Yankee Restorations is a great company. I really appreciate the professionalism of all the crew. Rob the owner is wonderful, and so are Dave, Hunter, Stephen, and Austin. Hunter was very sweet to my granddaughter who followed him around talking with him and he was very interactive with her. The work they do is of high quality and I will keep using them in the future.
Yankee Restoration built a very beautiful and very large shed on our property. The workmanship is really first-rate. Rob is very easy to talk to, and was willing to accommodate changes as the shed was being built. The guys he had doing much of the work was also very happy to be flexible. The process took longer than we expected, but much of that was beyond Rob's control. Rob is truly someone who cares about what he and he crew do, and is one of most trustworthy people I've ever worked with.
I can't say enough good things about Rob! He is, without a doubt, the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He paid attention to every single detail of the project, and his communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Highly recommended give him a call you will be impressed.
We were so pleased with a previous room restoration Yankee did for us that we called them again when we needed two new windows. Sounds like a "small" job right? NOPE. This is an antique house. There were lots of surprises - rotted wall and sill, wretched vinyl siding, badly installed gutters. Job included rebuilding part of a wall, reframing and installing windows, insulation, cedar siding, repainting outside, and interior woodwork.
