never showed! when I called after waiting 1 month for the appt. I was told she never placed me in the computer, they promised to come the next day, still no show !! when I called it was like ground hog day, same thing...they lie and are not trust worthy ....left there went to Bottini sign up with them, very professional!

Called 3 times to have propane delivered, was given 3 delivery dates and yet 3 weeks later, still no propane delivery. No communication from them and no reason given as to why they cannot deliver. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never been treated so badly by a company and the employees in my adult life. I signed up for oil deliveries, with Superior Energy, I was told that the tank had to be inspected prior to delivery. A service technician named Joe, showed up to inspect the tank. He had no business card and left no information. I was asked to fix the plastic of the oil gauge which had a crack, I agreed to do so. Then a re inspection in 2 days. I had a horrible experience with this company. I just bought a vacation house and was told that they have to do a leak test for all new accounts to continue their service. I scheduled an appointment between 9am and 10am on Friday, 5/18. He showed up past 2:30pm as we gave up waiting and had to get lunch. I had a 500 gal tank that was just filled 2 months back, but he showed me the tank usage meter with 85% left and indicated that the tank had a leak, so it needed to be replaced and checked for leaks again. Price gouges. My 86 year old mother has been a LOYAL customer for over 30 years. She survives on social security. She qualified for HEAP assistance this year and keep increasing her fuel oil price monthly. Prior to receiving HEAP they were charging her over a dollar more then regular customers. When she started receiving HEAP, they have increased her price per gallon again. They fill her every two weeks and are now charging her 3.499 a gallon. I have used Griffith for our gas for the past two years with no complaints. So naturally we would stay with them for this year as well. I don't know what is happening with the Bath office this year but I have called three times over the past month trying to get our contract for the upcoming year and still have not received it. I would give it zero stars, if available. I completely agree with there statement below. I just ran out of gas. I was told they would make a deliveryon a certain date. They missed that date and the next 2 days. I still don't have gas. I am using electric room heaters and kerosene heaters.
