Yankee Medical helped me with everything I needed. They had everything I needed and the staff was very friendly.
Took them over a week to realize they didn’t have everything they needed with the script for a wheelchair that was sent in. Every time I called I was put through to voicemail. Never got called back. I found people I talk to to be rude and uncaring.
Yankee Medical has provided several family members of mine with the items that they needed to heal and recover from various injuries and illnesses. As a consumer and as an employee, I see both sides of the interactions and can see how patients or consumers may get frustrated with policies and procedures. When you enter a store or medical office of any kind, you don't see the behind the scenes. All you see is what is right in front of you, (the item or service you are seeking).
